  1. Digital Nature of Our Products
    Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered instantly as downloadable files or streaming access. Once a file has been downloaded, streamed, or otherwise accessed, it is considered “used” and generally cannot be returned due to the ease of duplication and the industry-standard practice for digital content.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    We offer refunds only in the following limited circumstances, in line with common industry standards for digital media.
    • Accidental purchases: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the file(s) and the purchase was made in error.
    • Technical or quality issues: If the product is defective (e.g., corrupted file, missing content, or fails to download/play on standard devices), you may request a refund or free replacement within 30 days of purchase.
    • Non-delivery: If you do not receive access to the purchased item within 24 hours of payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • All other purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after downloading or accessing the content.
  3. Non-Refundable Purchases
    The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
    • Products that have been downloaded, streamed, or accessed.
    • Purchases made with promotional codes, gift cards, or during sales events (unless a technical defect is proven).

    • Refunds requested after the time limits stated above.
